David Cusick is an 18 year veteran of the Bankruptcy world. After maintaining the Law Office of David Cusick for nearly a decade, in 2004, he became a founding partner in Cusick & Croddy, LLP which practiced until 2011. In 2011, David Cusick accepted a position as the new Standing Chapter 13 Trustee in Sacramento replacing Lawrence Loheit after a 47 year run.
