Eric Lee O’Brien, Esq

Prior to joining Croddy & Associates, Eric Lee O’Brien was the managing attorney at a general practice firm in Lake Tahoe where he spent a significant amount of time in the courtroom focusing on bankruptcy, personal injury, and criminal law in both California & Nevada. As part of his pro bono efforts, Mr. Lee O’Brien devoted several hours each week answering online legal questions for individuals throughout the Reno/Tahoe area.

Experienced in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Mr. Lee O’Brien understands the sensitive and often stressful nature of the decision to file for bankruptcy. He takes pride in assisting clients through every step of the bankruptcy process.
